We advise that you consult your GP or family Doctor for recommendations on Jabs and medication needed for your trip. Give them a list of the countries you are visiting and ensure you obtain a course of Anti-Malaria tablets that covers your entire trip. There are several options, your Doctor will be able to advise you of your best option.

You will need Yellow Fever and a certificate, Hepatitis and Typhoid or a Heptax cocktail. You may also wish to consider Rabies.

It is worth considering taking vitamin B tablets two weeks prior to your departure and throughout your entire trip. This will assist in repelling biting insects.
Multi-vitamin tablets are great for keeping your body fighting fit and help replenish lost nutrients due to the heat.

If you are on prescription drugs bring enough for your entire trip. Malaria tablets should be bought at home to ensure quality and the course started when advised by your GP. If you are not taking Malaria tablets you will not be allowed to depart with the rest of the group on your trip, please take this warning seriously.
