Mobile Phones and Laptops

Your crew have laptops and will be able to download photo’s for you. You are more than welcome to bring a mobile phone, they will not work everywhere and incoming calls will be charged to both parties but they can be useful for texting and the odd call.

Buying a local sim cards is the cheapest way to
phone home. Ensure your mobile is unlocked before you arrive in Africa otherwise you will not be able to take advantage of this.
